Our pretty Walnut Barn with views of the swimming pool and gardens has been renovated to a high standard. Set over 2 floors it offers 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, comfortably sleeping four people, with views out onto the meadows and woodland, the front courtyard across to the garden as well as stunning views up through the valley. It has a luxury master bathroom incorporating a roll top bath and modern walk-in shower as well as a spacious open plan living space with TV (English channels only), free wifi, high specification kitchen and dining area.
The property has electric radiators throughout as well as electric smoke alarms and carbon monoxide monitors. Games and books are provided for your enjoyment. The ground floor is tiled throughout.
You have use of the pool which is secluded with the sunshine all day long and into the evening. Sun loungers, tables and chairs and picnic areas are all here for you to use. You also have your own BBQ.
Good quality towels, linen and bedding are included in our rates. Pool towels are also included when the pool is open.
Outside
Outside offers a wrap around decking area with French doors from the lounge. There is plenty of space to explore or relax to enjoy the beautiful setting.
Ground Floor
You enter the barn from the courtyard through double French doors into a large living area. This is open-plan with a fully equipped spacious kitchen with adjacent dining area and lounge. Two sets of double doors open out from the living area on to your own private deck that wraps around the corner of the barn, affording panoramic views across the garden and valley as well as across the pool and countryside beyond. This large decked area has plenty of space with a seating area and BBQ for al fresco dining and relaxation.
Living Area
The spacious kitchen which again is open plan, allows guests to socialise whist cooking. It is fitted with all the appliances that you would expect in a modern kitchen. A window looks out onto the pool.
The ground floor is tiled throughout.
First Floor Bedroom
The first floor has oak flooring. On this level you will find a double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and storage area with a skylight window affording lovely views. The second bedroom has two single beds with a skylight looking out over the courtyard and garden.
Family Bathroom
The luxury master bathroom has a roll top bath and large modern shower with a skylight window looking across the courtyard and valley.
