Oak Barn Facilities
General Information
Fine quality towels and bed linen are provided throughout. Towels are for indoor use only by our guests and pool towels are provided for outdoor use. Dressing gowns are also provided for guests staying in our king and double rooms. Beds are fully made up on arrival. All bedding is provided. A cot, stair gate, potty and changing mat are available on request. Guests have use of the large swimming pool (seasonal). Please abide by the safety regulations at all times and usage is at guests own risk. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property and the TVs are ‘smart’ (English channels only) allowing you to link a tablet or similar device. Because of this facility, no DVD player is supplied. A selection of books and games are provided. All areas are monitored by electronic smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Smoking (including all electronic cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere within the property, and pets are also not permitted. No disabled facilities are available.
Arrival time is from 17:00hrs to 23:00hrs and accommodation must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Please note that this property is not suitable for 'Hen', 'Stag' or 'Fishing' parties. We do not accept pets.
